• Air Freight: Faster delivery for urgent orders, 5-10 days transit time
• Express Courier: For samples and small shipments, 3-7 days delivery

2. Shipping Ports

We ship from the following Indian ports:

• Primary Port: Mundra Port, Gujarat (closest to Ahmedabad)
• Alternative Ports: Nhava Sheva (Mumbai), Chennai Port, Kandla Port
• Air Cargo: Ahmedabad Airport, Mumbai Airport, Delhi Airport

Port selection depends on destination, shipping line availability, and cost optimization.

3. Container Options

We offer flexible container loading options:

• 20ft Container: Approximately 10-12 metric tons capacity
• 40ft Container: Approximately 20-24 metric tons capacity
• 40ft High Cube: For lightweight, high-volume products like textiles
• LCL (Less than Container Load): For smaller quantities, consolidated shipments
• Refrigerated Containers: Available for temperature-sensitive products

4. Shipping Timeline

Typical timeline from order confirmation to delivery:

• Order Processing: 2-5 business days
• Production/Packaging: 10-20 days (depending on order size)
• Documentation & Customs Clearance: 3-5 days
• Transit Time: 20-45 days (sea) or 5-10 days (air)
• Destination Customs: 3-7 days (buyer's responsibility)

Total estimated time: 40-80 days for sea freight, 20-35 days for air freight.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on destination, shipping method, order volume, and current freight rates. We provide detailed shipping quotes as part of our price quotation. Costs include inland transportation to port, port handling charges, and ocean/air freight (as per agreed Incoterms).

6. Tracking and Updates

We provide comprehensive shipment tracking:

• Shipment confirmation with Bill of Lading/Airway Bill number
• Container/flight details and vessel schedule
• Regular updates on shipment status
• Estimated arrival dates at destination port
• Complete shipping documentation via email

7. Packaging Standards

All products are packaged to withstand international shipping:

• Spices: Food-grade poly bags, sealed cartons, palletized
• Textiles: Plastic wrapping, cartons, moisture protection
• Agricultural Products: Jute/PP bags, fumigated wooden pallets
• All packages marked with product details, batch numbers, and handling instructions
• Compliance with ISPM 15 standards for wooden packaging materials

8. Customs and Import Duties

Buyers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in the destination country. We provide all necessary export documentation to facilitate smooth customs clearance. Import regulations vary by country, and buyers should verify requirements with their customs authorities.

9. Delivery Issues

In case of delivery issues:

• Damaged Goods: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
• Missing Items: Verify against packing list and report immediately
• Delays: We provide updates on any shipping delays beyond our control
• Insurance Claims: We assist with documentation for insured shipments

10. Sample Shipments

We offer product samples for quality evaluation. Sample shipments are sent via express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) with 3-7 days delivery. Sample costs and shipping charges are borne by the buyer and can be adjusted against bulk orders.
