3. Product Information

• Product specifications may vary based on harvest seasons and availability
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Product images are for reference only and may differ from actual products
• Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply to all products

4. Orders and Quotations

All orders are subject to:

• Written confirmation from Dharti Exim LLP
• Product availability and stock confirmation
• Credit approval and payment terms agreement
• Compliance with export regulations and documentation

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified and are subject to market fluctuations.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established on a case-by-case basis and may include:

• Advance payment (full or partial)
• Letter of Credit (LC)
• Documents Against Payment (D/P) or Documents Against Acceptance (D/A)
• Bank transfer (wire transfer/SWIFT)

Late payments may incur interest charges as per applicable laws.

6. Quality Assurance

We maintain strict quality control standards and provide quality certificates for all products. Products are inspected before shipment and comply with international quality standards and buyer specifications.

7. Liability and Warranties

Dharti Exim LLP:

• Warrants that products meet agreed specifications at the time of shipment
• Is not liable for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or force majeure events
• Is not responsible for product deterioration after delivery
• Limits liability to the invoice value of the affected products

8. Claims and Returns

Claims must be:

• Reported within 7 days of delivery for quality issues
• Supported by photographic evidence and documentation
• Accompanied by third-party inspection reports (if applicable)

Returns are accepted only for defective products and must be pre-approved in writing.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, images, text, and designs, is the property of Dharti Exim LLP and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Compliance and Export Regulations

Buyers are responsible for complying with import regulations in their country. We comply with all Indian export laws and provide necessary documentation for customs clearance.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
